Job Description

Experis IT Luxembourg is looking for a T24 Business Analyst for an internal opportunity with one of its clients, in Luxembourg.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders to understand, align, and refine functional needs.
  • Translate business objectives into structured, detailed, and well documented functional specifications.
  • Contribute to the full delivery cycle: requirements definition, solution design, estimation, implementation follow up, and testing support.
  • Design and validate solutions built on Temenos T24 / Transact, working hand in hand with developers, testers, and architects within an agile delivery organisation.
  • Support the integration of T24 components with surrounding applications, including reporting tools, downstream platforms, and various interfaces.
  • Prepare and execute test scenarios such as System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring that requirements are fully covered.
  • Provide expert-level support for complex incidents (L3) and assist in analysing operational issues.
  • Deliver clear documentation, knowledge handover, and training sessions for both technical and business audiences.


Your Profile:


  • University degree in Computer Science, Business/Banking, or another relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst within the financial industry.
  • Strong practical expertise with Temenos T24 / Transact , particularly: AA Deposits and AA Lending
  • Experience with an additional T24 module (Accounting is considered a strong asset).
  • Solid background in end to end process design and system integration.
  • Experience working in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments.
  • Good understanding of the Wealth Management sector.
  • Hands on knowledge of extra Temenos modules, such as:
  • TPH, Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Corporate Actions
  • Temenos certification is a plus, though strong practical experience is the priority.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to structure complex information and document system behaviour clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and international contexts.
