Job description

Task Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, file-based interfaces, and data synchronization processes between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
  • Act as the technical expert for Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, supporting modules such as Core HR, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.
  • Ensure integration reliability, performance, security, and compliance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, problem investigations, changes, and releases in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Support system upgrades, Oracle quarterly releases, testing activities, and integration-related projects.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application integration, including 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
  • Strong expertise in OIC components including integrations, orchestration, REST/SOAP services, adapters, file transfers, and API management.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications using OIC and web services.
  • Solid understanding of system integration architecture, middleware concepts, security standards, and data exchange protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ServiceNow experience and Oracle Cloud certifications are considered strong advantages.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • Position based in Luxembourg
