We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager with 7+ years of IT experience and strong Financial Services / Investment Management domain expertise.

🔑 Must-Have Experience

• Recent, hands-on experience with institutional accounting and fund administration systems
• Strong experience with Geneva, InvestTran/Investran, InvestEdge, or similar accounting platforms
• Experience with fund accounting / fund administration workflows
• Strong understanding of alternative investments, including:
  • Private Equity
  • Hedge Funds
  • Private Credit
  • Real Assets
• Product management experience involving roadmap, strategy, requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, and third-party vendors

🎯 Role Focus

The Product Manager will play a key role in evaluating and shaping the future of an investment/fund accounting platform, including buy vs. build vs. integration decisions.

The role will involve:

• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Evaluating accounting engines and fund administration platforms
• Translating business and operational requirements into product initiatives
• Managing relationships across IT, business teams, and third-party partners
• Supporting platform modernization and AI-enabled capabilities
• Leading discovery, workflow analysis, and product validation
• Balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term platform scalability

⭐ Strong preference for candidates with recent Geneva or InvestTran/Investran experience.

Candidates with backgrounds in institutional accounting, fund administration, alternative investments, investment management, or firms such as Hamilton Lane may also be a strong fit.
