Product Owner

Role Summary
As a Senior Product Owner, you ll own how complex ideas become real, working solutions. You ll sit at the center of client strategy, product design, and engineering execution shaping requirements that drive meaningful business outcomes. This role is for someone who can translate ambiguity into clear direction while building trust with both senior clients and cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Shape Product Direction with Clients
Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities and translate business goals into actionable product direction
Lead conversations that challenge assumptions and clarify outcomes, not just requirements
Contribute to new business efforts by helping define solutions that are grounded in real delivery experience
Turn Complex Needs into Clear Execution Paths
Create high-quality user stories and requirements in Jira that enable teams across engineering, UX, creative, and data to build with confidence
Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes not open to interpretation
Drive alignment and approvals across stakeholders without slowing delivery
Own the Backlog and Prioritization
Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects real business value and evolving client needs
Balance competing inputs from clients, delivery teams, and leadership without losing focus on outcomes
Guide Agile teams toward consistent, effective ways of working across programs
Lead Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment
Work closely with engineering, analytics, creative, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are integrated and executable
Resolve gaps and inconsistencies early so teams can move with speed and confidence
Act as the connective tissue between disciplines to ensure cohesive product delivery
Continuously Improve How Work Gets Done
Identify opportunities to improve requirement processes, tools, and templates across teams
Recommend and help implement enhancements to client systems and workflows that unlock greater efficiency and value
