Program Manager - Project Controls & Financial Governance

Join a dynamic team supporting one of Microsoft's large-scale data center infrastructure programs. As a Program Manager, you will drive business operations, financial forecasting, program governance, and executive reporting across key enterprise stakeholder teams.

responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project and program financial forecasts, tracking expenditures against approved budgets.
• Construct executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations to provide visibility into operational and financial health.
• Coordinate project control processes, tracking program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Networking, and Security teams to facilitate operational execution and purchase order/invoice tracking.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Project Controls, or Business Operations.

5+ years of experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capability.

Strong stakeholder coordination and executive reporting abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting large-scale capital projects, data center infrastructure, or technology systems.

Familiarity with Bluebeam.
