Job Description

Service Designer | Government | Outside IR35

A government digital programme is looking for an experienced Service Designer to support work across Discovery and Alpha.

Contract details:

Outside IR35 up to £450/day
4-5 months initially Scope to extend
Mainly remote; occasional client-site travel
UK based

Key experience:

Strong government/GDS Service Design background
Discovery and Alpha delivery
Journey mapping and service blueprinting
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
Working closely with User Research, Product and Delivery teams
Experience designing services for vulnerable users or people with complex needs would be particularly useful
