• Leading end-to-end service design workstreams, from discovery through to delivery.

• Shaping innovative, user-focused digital services.
• Applying GDS standards, accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Facilitating workshops, co-design sessions and design sprints.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners and developers.
• Mentoring junior designers and helping shape the wider design practice.

?? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years' experience in service and product design.
• Active SC clearance - ESSENTIAL.
• Strong experience applying GDS standards within public sector environments.
• A proven track record of independently leading service design workstreams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
