KYC Analyst (M/F/X)

Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting on behalf of one of its prestigious clients, a European financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment as a KYC Analyst.

In this role, you will support the onboarding and due diligence activities related to the implementation of a new operational platform and contribute to the smooth transition of compliance and KYC processes.

• Perform counterparty onboarding activities and customer due diligence reviews;


• Collect, analyse and validate KYC documentation;


• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements;


• Process and follow up on integrity screening and compliance alerts;


• Support internal stakeholders regarding onboarding procedures and workflow requirements;


• Contribute to the management of operational backlogs and increased onboarding volumes;


• Escalate complex cases and compliance-related issues where appropriate;


• Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the onboarding process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;


• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review processes within banking, asset management or financial services;


• Good understanding of AML, regulatory compliance and customer due diligence requirements;


• Experience with compliance screening tools and databases;


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;


• Previous experience with eFront, Refinitiv World-Check and/or Dow Jones is considered a strong advantage;


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;


• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within an international team.
