MUST BE REALLY REALLY SENIOR GUY.   HEAVY INDEPTH INTERVIEW.  15-25 YEARS EXP IS NEEDED
Client needs someone to manage the funding aspect with senior management and all activities before SOW is signed. 

Project Manager   with following skills
Manage Funding and gets funds from Management  project till SOW is signed
Stake holder management  ---   Risk Management---- Vendor Management    Expertise
Project Management Experience in  Integration  From SAP to other  application.  EVEN SALESFORCE  Or ServiceMax  might help   

Need high experience and ability to jump in and turn around the project
Keep other people effectively working
Take Command and Control without upsetting personalities
Ability to bring order out of chaos and summarize, challenge and drive the right actions
High Stakeholder Mgt + Risk/Issue Mgt + Vendor Mgt
Must have IT Applications Experience and they need to have Multisystem integrations project Mgt experience (Example: SAP to some other application)
Ideally SAP and/or ServiceMax/ SalesForce Implementation Project Experience would be a big plus
