Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
- Self-driven professional
- Strong expertise in:
o SuccessFactors Employee Central.
o SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
o Employee and organizational replication.
o Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
o Data mapping and transformation.
o Foundation object and HR master data structures.
o Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios
· Experience working with:
o EC Payroll.
o SAP HCM.
o SAP S/4HANA.
o CPI integrations preferable
· Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
· Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
