Job Description

Support up to three software development teams by planning and facilitating Agile events, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, removing obstacles, and coaching teams on Agile practices. This is a 12- to 15-month temporary, fully on-site assignment in San Diego, with possible temp-to-hire conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile events for up to three teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to help ensure team delivery creates value.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Coach teams on Agile values, artifacts, and goals.
  • Identify business needs and suggest value-driven solutions.
  • Manage software change requests and support software issue resolution and user acceptance testing.
