Scrum Master/PM- SAP Security, General Access & FFID Management
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a full-time position focused on Specialty GPO enhancements, AI automation, and onshore ownership of record-to-record financial process projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management, coordination, and delivery. This includes project planning, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, status reporting, change control, issue and risk management, and coordination across matrixed teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage enhancements for the Specialty GPO MVP, involving Vistex for supplier incentive chargebacks, contracts, and rebates.
• Lead an AI automation project to reduce service desk ticket volume through a bot and handle common business requests.
• Serve as the onshore escalation point for the record-to-record financial process and accounting project area, supporting the offshore team.
• Partner with impacted SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, & PTD teams to define and manage the project backlog, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Establish and manage project plans, including schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proactively identify variances to the plan and develop mitigation or corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate project artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, schedules, and communication plans.
• Mentor others on project management methods, practices, and tools.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience: This role requires seven or more years of IT work experience, including significant experience managing technology projects. The candidate must have a functional understanding of SAP modules and capabilities, along with SAP project experience, particularly in record-to-record and related financial process areas. Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is required.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies is required. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, or Jira is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI projects is beneficial.
• Experience with Vistex, particularly with supplier incentives, chargebacks, contracts, and rebates.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Agile SAFe, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar SPM tool.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.

Work Environment
This role is remote. Close proximity to company headquarters is preferred but not required, based on business needs and applicable hiring guidance.
