Junior and Senior Scrum Master

Support Agile operations for up to three software development teams by facilitating Agile events, coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders, removing impediments, and coaching teams on Agile practices. This is a 12-to-15-month temporary assignment working onsite in San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile events for up to three teams.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align team work with business value.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Coach teams on Agile values, artifacts, and goals.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and Program Increment planning.
• Track Agile metrics and manage risks, dependencies, and software change requests.
