ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management Consultant

Six or more years of relevant enterprise technology experience, including at least three years delivering or leading CMDB services.

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, CMDB Workspace, Query Builder, reporting, certification, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.

Knowledge of ITIL configuration-management practices and controls.

Experience across application, service, infrastructure, asset, and cloud configuration domains and supporting audit, risk, compliance, or regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to deliver independently against agreed scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and service levels.
