QA Automation Lead
Location: Goodlettsville, TN – Onsite
Type: Contract C2C
Visa: Any (Except OPT/CPT)

Must-Have Skills:
15 years of QA/testing experience with strong hands-on experience in Retail and POS systems.
6–10 years of Retail Domain experience, with deep understanding of retail business processes and workflows.
Strong Point-of-Sale (POS) testing experience, including POS applications, transactions, payments, promotions, discounts, returns, refunds, and related integrations.
Strong experience in QA Automation and manual testing within retail/POS environments.
Proficiency with Robot Framework, Python, Java, or similar automation technologies.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
Hands-on experience with RestAssured for API testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect management, and automation best practices.
Experience testing POS integrations with APIs, databases, payment systems, and backend applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with development, product, and business teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
