The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and closing complex B2B sales.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored proposals for essential facility services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
