front end/React / Micro-Frontend /.NET Developer

Job Title:

Location:Austin, TX (Hybrid for now)

Required Experience & Qualifications

Core Frontend Expertise (12+ Years)

• 12+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js and/or Angular preferable with .NET

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• 7+ years of experience in frontend state management using Redux

• Experience building and managing horizontal and vertical micro-frontends

 Micro-Frontend (7+ Years)

• 7+ years of experience with micro-frontend applications

• Strong experience with Module Federation

UI/UX & Design (7+ Years)

• 7+ years of experience creating UX/UI designs and prototypes using React and UI libraries

• Experience creating and managing custom UI component libraries

• Experience developing and applying style sheets and themes

• Experience working with modern design systems

Containerization & DevOps (7+ Years)

• Experience containerizing frontend applications

• 7+ years of experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes

• Experience working with container-oriented architecture

Security & Quality (7+ Years)

• Experience implementing highly complex application security requirements

• Experience performing code reviews and in-depth code analysis

• Experience with Webpack or similar build tools

• Strong proficiency with Git and Bitbucket

• Experience ensuring WCAG 2.0 / Section 508 compliance

Documentation & Process (7+ Years)

• Experience creating and maintaining system documentation

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading frontend architecture strategy for enterprise-scale applications

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable micro-frontend solutions

• Develop reusable UI libraries and design systems

• Implement state management and performance optimization strategies

• Ensure security, accessibility, and compliance standards are met

• Containerize and deploy frontend applications using Docker/Kubernetes

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation
