People Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a values driven, public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a People Advisor to join them on a Temp basis.

This role will be worked on a fully remote basis.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 16 and 18 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Support with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
• Deal with any queries that come through via the internal system
• Ad hoc administration

The ideal People Advisor will have experience in the following;

• CIPD qualification or qualified through experience
• Previous experience handling complex employee relations cases
• Full employee lifecycle administration
