Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Communications & Change Management Specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mclean, VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: Business Communications, Change Management, SharePoint, Writing/Editing.
  • Communications and change management specialist to provide support for enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content.
  • This role translates complex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders.
  • Must have provable successful experience in internal or external communication.
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy.
