Position Summary

client is seeking a Senior Tyler Munis Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Tyler Munis Security and Role Optimization project. This consultant will serve as the technical lead responsible for configuring, optimizing, and implementing Tyler Munis security roles, permissions, workflows, and access controls across Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Purchasing. The role is highly technical and focused on Tyler Munis configuration, security architecture, and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, and implement Tyler Munis security roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Evaluate and optimize existing role structures, user access, and permission assignments.
• Build standardized security roles and role-based access configurations.
• Configure and validate security changes in test environments and support production deployment.
• Identify and remediate excessive access, redundant permissions, and segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Tyler Munis security configurations.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations on Tyler Munis security architecture and best practices.
• Partner with the Experis Project Manager and Business Analyst to implement approved technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Tyler Munis technical administration and configuration.
• Deep expertise configuring Tyler Munis security, roles, permissions, and workflows.
