Requirement:
Job Title: Senior Director (Oracle EBS/ Navision ERP)
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Detroit, MI - Onsite
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager/ Director with strong expertise in either Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to oversee ERP implementation, support, optimization and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure the ERP platform effectively supports organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Navision ERP or Oracle EBS environments.
Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, migration and enhancement projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sales.
Configure ERP modules and oversee system customizations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
8+ years of experience managing or supporting Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and/or Oracle EBS environments.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades and integrations.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
