Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst with strong knowledge of SAP Financial processes and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Concur. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, IT teams, and implementation partners to analyze business requirements, improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP Finance solutions
• Work with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system requirements
• Support SAP Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Procure-to-Pay
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, business process documentation, and test scenarios
• Support configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Work with SAP Ariba on procurement and supplier-related processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA
• Support SAP Concur Travel & Expense processes, including employee expenses, approvals, expense reporting, policy compliance, and integration with SAP Finance
• Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues between SAP Finance, Ariba, Concur, and other enterprise applications
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, data mapping, error handling, and integration requirements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as an SAP Finance Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes and integration with procurement and expense management
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Concur
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
