System Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Rancho Cucamonga, CA that is seeking a System Analyst II to support and enhance enterprise business systems, applications, and integrations.

Summary

This role will partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to analyze business processes, improve system performance, generate reporting insights, and lead technology improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and improve business systems and applications
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership
• Support system integrations and data integrity initiatives
• Participate in software implementation and modernization projects
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting business systems, applications, or ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with system integrations or software implementations is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working with business and finance teams
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge
• SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) understanding

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
