Product Owner / Business Analyst 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to support enterprise application modernization and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery within a telecom or related environment.

Required Skills

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
Experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.
Experience with ServiceNow OR SiteTracker.
Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience leading and coordinating multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Telecom industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Data analysis, reporting, or data migration experience is a bonus.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements for existing applications and modules.
Define, document, and manage user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Support migration and modernization initiatives involving service management and workflow platforms.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
Track project progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and status updates.
