Job Description

Position: Drupal Developer with AI/GenAI Experience

Location: Washington, DC Fully Onsite

Background Check: Mandatory (Candidate must have been in the U.S. for at least 3 years)

Interview Process: Requires strong technical expertise

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Drupal development experience, preferably with Drupal 9/10/11.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PHP, Symfony, Drupal APIs, custom module development, Composer, and Drush.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development.
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or RAG.
  • Experience developing or integrating AI chatbots, AI agents, semantic search, or AI-powered content management capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB or other relational databases.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments.
