The Role

• Execute retail resets and merchandising projects according to planograms and new store layouts.
• Accurately reposition shelves, fixtures, tags, and products to optimize store appearance.
• Travel between assigned store locations, typically focusing on one store per day.
• Maintain detailed reporting and photographic documentation of completed work.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status, requirements, and any encountered challenges.
• Collaborate with team members when needed to achieve project goals.

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motion throughout the workday.
• Dependable transportation to travel to various retail locations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong self-motivation, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
• Comfort working independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting.
