The Global Transportation Finance Group at Our Client has been ranked by Chambers USA as a nationwide Band 1 practice for 19 years and counting. You would join a team of more than 60 lawyers representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms and other investors in a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions focusing on the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime and general equipment assets.

About You

You have 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm;
You have experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation, rail;
You have strong contract drafting and negotiating skills as well as organizational skills;
You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously; and
You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the relevant jurisdiction [California, Illinois, Texas, or Florida].
