Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated
Finance & Restructuring Practice
. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes, representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation.

The role provides exceptional exposure to cutting-edge financial issues while working alongside a highly regarded, nationally integrated team.

JD from an
ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
~ 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an
AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm preferred
~ Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
~ Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation
, including drafting legal documents
, conducting discovery and depositions
, preparing for trial
, and participating in motions practice
~ Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
~ Strong communication and advocacy abilities, both written and oral
~ Represent clients in financial
, commercial
, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings
Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation
Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings
Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions

Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
