MARKETING ASSOCIATE / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – UFORCE FITNESS
Are you highly organized, proactive, creative, and able to keep up with a fast-moving business? UForce Fitness is looking for a
Marketing Associate / Executive Assistant who can support day-to-day business operations while helping grow our brand, community, and membership. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable creating content, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, and keeping leadership organized.

– understands how to create engaging content and represent UForce’s brand consistently
Tech-savvy
– comfortable learning and using scheduling, communication, social media, CRM, and business management platforms
Marketing
Create, coordinate, and publish social media content across relevant platforms
Assist with photography, video, graphic design, and other marketing materials
Help plan and execute promotions, events, community outreach, and member engagement campaigns
Maintain UForce’s marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule
Track marketing activity and results to identify opportunities for improvement
Help maintain consistent UForce branding across digital and physical marketing materials
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide administrative and organizational support to UForce leadership
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other business materials
Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines and action items are completed
Conduct research and assist leadership with special projects
Help coordinate vendors, community partnerships, and external relationships
Assist with member communication and customer service
Support lead follow-up and marketing initiatives designed to drive membership growth
Help coordinate events and community partnerships
Represent UForce professionally in communications with members, prospects, businesses, and community organizations
Previous experience in marketing, administration, executive assistance, social media, or a related field preferred
Comfortable with social media and digital marketing platforms
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools preferred
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
A genuine interest in fitness, health, business, marketing, or community building
