Engineering Operations Technician

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Engineering Operations Technician to support data center infrastructure for DCC Communities. You will monitor and maintain critical IT and facility systems, including servers, networking, and power/cooling equipment. Responsibilities include incident response, ticket resolution, change implementation, and routine inspections to ensure uptime and performance. You'll collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues, follow strict security and safety procedures, and document work accurately. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center IT and facility infrastructure for DCC Communities
• Respond to incidents and service tickets to restore services quickly
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
• Support server, network, power, and cooling equipment troubleshooting
• Implement approved changes following documented procedures
• Document incidents, maintenance activities, and system status
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors on complex technical issues
