DevOps Software Engineer with Security Clearance

**Active TS/SCI w/P olygraph REQUIRED** Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. ---------- Telework: None Basic Requirements: * 7 years of experience as a software engineer * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline * 2 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description: * The DevOps Software Engineer shall be part of a team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a comprehensive distributed Metrics and Monitoring solution for HPC systems to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of HPC infrastructure. Required Experience: * Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools * Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes * Recent software development experience using Rust and Python * Experience using Splunk for data collection, message brokers, data storage, and presentation tools * Experience interfacing with Log Management tools including Syslog-ng and rsyslog * Experience with Message Brokers including Kafka * Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools including Ansible * Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI * Experience with Git Source Contr ol System Desired Experience: * Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) * Experience with Elasticsearch Salary: $230,000 - $240,000 annually ---------- Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
