  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate healthcare systems using FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards.
  • Modernize legacy monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
  • Lead application deployments, release automation, and environment management on Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
  • Establish engineering best practices for code quality, automated testing, security, and performance.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor to improve development productivity.
  • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure application scalability, reliability, observability, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, React, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience developing REST APIs and implementing FHIR integrations.
  • Proven experience with microservices, cloud-native applications, and event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
  • Experience with Kafka or equivalent event-streaming technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation, release management, infrastructure-as-code, and platform engineering.
  • Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI-assisted coding tools in production projects.
  • Ability to explain a recent production implementation where AI-assisted development improved coding, testing, documentation, or deployment.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, application security, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Experience implementing healthcare interoperability solutions using HL7 FHIR.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or development pods.
  • Previous experience modernizing enterprise-scale legacy applications.
