Systems Integrator Senior

The Senior Voice Systems Integrator designs, integrates, and supports secure enterprise voice and call center solutions for federal clients. This role troubleshoots AWS and Linux environments, implements next generation VoIP technologies, and supports accreditation and certificate management. The integrator collaborates with network and telecom teams, mentors peers, and uses Agile and DevOps practices to improve reliability and security of mission-critical communications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS cloud and Linux system issues for secure environments.
• Design, test, and deploy enterprise voice and call center infrastructure and upgrades.
• Collaborate with network and telecom engineers on telephony and call center integrations.
• Support implementation of next generation voice technologies and new site standups.
• Provide certificate management, security accreditation support, and adherence to security standards.
• Monitor and optimize call routing, trunking, and system performance across voice platforms.
• Provide advanced (Tier 4) engineering support and mentor other engineers.
• Use Agile and Dev
• Ops practices with Git-based source control to improve processes.
