Location: 100% Remote Minimum Experience: 15+ Years

Technical Leadership
Data Migration & Integration

Other Details of Role:

1. Acting Architect with 15+ years of experience assessing, designing, and implementing modern applications

2. Strong communication, proven leader, highly collaborative, ability to work through design decision and trade-offs with team

3. Drive and collaborate to deliver the following:

1. Architecture depictions of hybrid on premises/cloud environments

2. Technical backlog of user stories

3. Technical documentation of N-tiered layers (auth, cache, data stores, etc.)

4. On-premises Java architecture familiarity, including WebSphere and integration to mainframe, DB2, and VSAM (understanding required, not necessarily hands-on development)

5. On-prem to AWS Cloud migration/integration, including:

1. Migration patterns (auth, middleware, data stores, event patterns, caching, telemetry)

2. Serverless patterns

3. Data migration

6. Background in development or data engineering (not purely functional/API-familiar candidates), experience with integrations between legacy systems including mainframe

7. Mainly remote work, with potential for quarterly travel to Des Moines
