SAP CPI Integration Analyst

Role:
You''ll build and operate CPI integrations that connect CRM/Service, ERP, and trading partners for orders, shipments, invoices, and returns—focusing on reliability, observability, and EDI compliance.

What you''ll do

• design and implement iFlows using CPI adapters (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/OData) with encryption/signing and certificate management
• configure trading-partner agreements and B2B mappings between IDocs and X12/EDIFACT using Integration Advisor or equivalent tooling
• implement acknowledgements and control flows, retries, and alerting; establish message tracking and error triage playbooks
• collaborate with SAP functional teams on partner profiles, IDoc extensions, and reprocessing procedures
• harden non-functional aspects: throughput, back-off, pagination, and payload validation
• document runbooks; support cutover and hypercare

What you''ll bring

• strong CPI hands-on experience building production iFlows and operating them in Integration Suite
• B2B/EDI mapping competence and trading-partner setup; comfort with IDoc structures and common OTC/returns messages
• scripting skills for transformation and exception logic
• practical understanding of security, certificates, secrets, and audit logging

Nice to have

• Event Mesh or API Management exposure; familiarity with PI/PO migrations
• experience integrating with Service Cloud or other CRM platforms application
