We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong life sciences backround to support a forecasting tool project. This role will bridge business stakeholders and the data team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gqther analyze, and document business requirements for the forecasting tool.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
• Communicate requiremenrs and priorities to the data and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirments, resolve gaps, and maintain alignment.
• support validation and user acceptance testing to ensure the solutions meets business needs.

Qualifications:

• Life sciences industry experience is required.
• Ideally, 14yrs of relevant experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with data, analytics, or forecasting projects is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite inFort woth threee days per week.
