Senior Clinical Systems Analyst

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of clinical applications supporting patient care. In this role, you will partner with clinicians, IT, and leadership to enhance EHR workflows, improve data integrity, and support safe, efficient documentation across departments. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, integration support, testing, troubleshooting, and end user training. Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and optimization of clinical information systems and EHR modules.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to gather requirements and improve clinical workflows.
• Configure, test, and validate clinical applications and system enhancements.
• Support integration of clinical systems, ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and provide end user education.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards in clinical systems.
