Business Analyst - Enterprise Transformation & Systems Integration
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative involving complex system integrations, business process alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
This is a requirements-focused role where success is measured by the ability to independently define, document, refine, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business analysis, is comfortable working with technical stakeholders, and can translate complex business and system needs into clear, actionable requirements.
The Business Analyst will work closely with business leaders, Enterprise Architecture, Development, Integration, Data, QA, and vendor teams to support the design and implementation of future-state solutions. This role requires someone who is naturally curious, asks thoughtful questions, identifies gaps and risks, and thrives in environments with ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability efforts.
• Own business, functional, technical, and integration requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Architecture, Development, Integration, Data, QA, and vendor teams to define solution requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover business needs and resolve gaps.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, detailed requirements.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support testing and UAT activities.
• Collaborate across multiple business units and project teams to drive alignment and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Experience independently gathering, documenting, refining, and managing requirements on complex projects.
• Strong requirements discipline, including traceability and RTM management.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders such as Architects, Developers, Integration teams, Data teams, QA teams, and vendors.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, organizational change, and complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations, integrations, or large-scale migration projects.
• Financial services, banking, credit union, or regulated industry experience.
• Prior experience with mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Workfront.

Target Level: Mid-Level to Senior Business Analyst. Demonstrated ownership of requirements and strong technical partnership experience are more important than title or years of experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
