Sales Operations Manager to lead the strategic and tactical operations of our growing Practice Solutions team. This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of over 80 individuals
, including both domestic and overseas staff, and driving operational excellence through optimized workflows, tools, and structure. This role requires a bird’s-eye view across people, processes, and technology
, ensuring a high-performing, well-coordinated sales support function.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in sales operations
, team management (especially remote teams), and cross-functional process ownership. Lead and manage a global team of 80+ staff
, including performance oversight, structure alignment, and resource planning. Design and implement end-to-end sales operations workflows from client intake through onboarding and engagement. Own and maintain team structure documentation
, clarify ownership of process steps, and ensure accountability across functions.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and leading process redesign initiatives. Oversee and optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms, support dashboard creation and pipeline visibility. Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Intake teams to ensure cross-functional process harmony

Develop training, SOPs, and KPIs for team members; Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, and report insights to senior leadership.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or business operations
, preferably in a high-volume professional services or legal setting.
~ Demonstrated success in leading large teams (80+ individuals) , including offshore and remote staff
.
~ Strong experience with
CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and process automation platforms.
~ Fluent or highly proficient in
Spanish is strongly preferred.
