Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities across Business Teams, Technology Teams, Architecture Teams, and Third-Party Vendor Testing Teams.
  • Establish enterprise QA standards, testing policies, and governance frameworks.

Quality Assurance Strategy & Governance
  • Define enterprise-wide testing strategies for applications, data platforms, analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Establish risk-based testing methodologies and governance processes.

AI Validation Responsibilities
  • Validate response accuracy and quality.
