Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Functional QA / Business Analyst with strong banking and financial markets knowledge. The role is primarily focused on Functional QA (70%) and Business Analysis (20%), with the remaining responsibilities involving coordination and reporting.

The candidate will test Treasury applications, validate business requirements, prepare test cases, and ensure that critical Treasury systems function correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute functional test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional and regression testing to ensure existing and new functionalities work as expected.
• Understand Treasury business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Analyze business requirements and identify gaps, issues, and possible solutions.
• Work closely with business teams, including Trading, Treasury Operations, and Market Risk, to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to resolve functional issues and ensure quality delivery.
• Validate end-to-end business processes, particularly trade booking and processing.
• Support project planning, requirement finalization, and status reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Treasury or Financial Markets.
• Strong Market Treasury / Financial Markets domain knowledge.
• Extensive experience in Functional QA, test case preparation, test planning, and test execution.
• Good understanding of financial products such as:
• Money Market
• Fixed Income
• Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Derivatives
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional test scenarios.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience with end-to-end testing and regression testing of financial applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A mix of Functional QA and Business Analysis experience, with QA being the primary responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Treasury trade booking systems and related business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global banking teams and multiple business stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Treasury Functional QA professional with strong Business Analysis skills, who understands financial markets products, can independently prepare and execute test cases, and can work closely with business and technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
