• 5–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably supporting US-based employees.
• Strong experience in contingent workforce management.
• Hands-on knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience managing employee leave, attendance, and related HR processes.
• Ability to manage and support a workforce of approximately 300–400 employees.
• Strong employee coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
