HR Generalist, 3rd Shift

HR Generalist - Newton, IA - Full Time - $90,000 Per Year

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Midwest. This full-time role involves supporting overnight operations, focusing on employee engagement, development, and retention. Utilize HR systems and tools to manage employee information and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with production leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management tools.
• Ability to work an overnight schedule with flexibility for operational needs.
