Role: Infor LN Functional Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Type: C2C/W2/1099
This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between executive business operations and technical deployment to ensure the system supports heavily regulated manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural governance for the Infor LN implementation
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Oversee integration and customization strategies, including MES, PLM, and third-party apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business objectives
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Infor LN and manufacturing workflows

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Infor LN
• Demonstrated expertise in architectural governance and gap analysis
• Proven track record of successful integration and customization of enterprise systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Infor LN or related technologies
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and regulatory requirements
• Previous experience as a lead or senior architect on large-scale implementations
