IT Manager

ARAMARK is seeking an IT Manager to lead technology operations supporting our accommodation and food services teams. You will manage local infrastructure, POS and back-of-house systems, networks, and user support to ensure reliable, secure service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising a small IT team, coordinating vendors, implementing security and compliance standards, and driving system upgrades and integrations. You will partner closely with operations leaders to optimize workflows, deliver data and reporting, and champion best practices that enhance safety, efficiency, and guest and client experiences across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of local infrastructure, networks, and core business systems (including POS and back-of-house platforms)
• Lead and mentor a small IT support team, setting priorities and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Implement and maintain information security, access controls, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and connectivity services, including contract and SLA management
• Plan and execute system upgrades, rollouts, and integrations with minimal disruption to operations
• Collaborate with operations leaders to understand business needs and optimize technology-enabled workflows
• Develop and maintain documentation, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures for IT services
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and track metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Support data, reporting, and analytics needs to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
• Contribute to Aramark's culture of safety, service, and inclusivity through reliable, user-focused IT support
