The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting a large employee base across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Develop and coach an HR team to build and support a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to deliver HR programs aligned with business goals.
• Lead HR strategy to build and develop the teams that power the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within HR.
• Experience in recruitment within a distribution or warehouse environment is advantageous.
