The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting over 1,300 employees across multiple U.S. distribution centers.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement robust recruitment strategies.
• Lead and develop an HR team focused on building and sustaining a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leadership to execute HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to build and develop the teams that power the company's distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is a strong advantage.
