The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for 1,300+ employees across multiple U.S. distribution centers.
• Develop and implement hands-on recruitment strategies to address key talent needs in high-volume locations.
• Lead and mentor an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Partner with Distribution leadership to ensure HR programs align with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to develop the teams essential for powering the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Previous recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse environment is advantageous.
