The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for 1,300+ employees across multiple key distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Develop and coach a dedicated HR team focused on building and supporting a distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leaders to align HR processes and programs with business objectives.
• Lead HR strategy for a significant portion of the company's U.S. distribution centers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Prior recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse environment is a strong asset.
