Job Description
HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor – N.Good HVAC salespeople have options. R. is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who knows how to connect with homeowners, understand what they need, and close the deal.

What You’ll Do as Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor
Run residential HVAC sales leads
Sell complete HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits, and more
Present good/better/best options based on the customer's home, needs, and budget
Explain equipment, efficiency, financing, and replacement options
Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
Keep your pipeline and customer information updated in ServiceTitan
Work closely with our install and operations teams to make sure the customer has a great experience after the sale
What We’re Looking For in Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor
HVAC or residential home services sales experience
Proven success with high-ticket, in-home sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Because if you’re good at HVAC sales, you should have the opportunity to make great money doing it.

We’re looking for someone who can sit at the kitchen table, build trust, explain the options, and close the sale without making the customer feel like they’re being “sold.”
